Sonia Faleiro’s First Hand Account of 26/11 at Gordon House in Colaba

Sonia Faleiro wrote a nice post on her brush with the terrorists on 26/11 as they headed towards the TAJ. She had gone to the Stir Fry restaurant at Gordon House with friends when firing broke out outside. They were whisked in by the brave and quick thinking security guard and spent the night there. Her day started out with thoughts of moving out of the city (I like that she stubbornly calls it Bombay throughout) and the country and ended with “A city where a stranger who owes you nothing will do anything, everything for you.”
